My Goal While Training Adults is to help you accomplish more than you ever would on your own and enjoy working out and playing sports.
My Goal While Coaching Kids is to help them fall in love with sports and moving their bodies. My voice will be in their little minds forever. I take this very much to heart. It must be a positive voice.

Kids Training
Coach Mark Pfau offers fun fitness & sports training sessions for kids. Teaching the fundamentals and then implementing them in game situations. Good Sportsmanship is always placed at the top of the list.
